Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Blocrent, an autonomous vehicle fleet service operated by Blocrent LLC, a Nevada-based limited liability company. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Blocrent provides autonomous vehicle rides using a fleet of fully autonomous vehicles. Our services are currently available in Las Vegas, Nevada, and our rides may include an initial volunteer driver, but the vehicles are designed to operate autonomously.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Blocrent operates autonomous vehicles, which may not have a driver present in the vehicle during your ride. You accept that the use of autonomous vehicles involves inherent risks, and Blocrent will not be held liable for any incidents resulting from the autonomous operation of the vehicle, except as required by law.

Our services are currently limited to a 150-mile radius from your pickup location. We do not guarantee the availability of vehicles at all times, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel rides in certain areas or under certain conditions. Pricing for rides is dynamically adjusted based on factors such as traffic, demand, and distance.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking rides.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations during your ride.
• Treat our vehicles and any in-car staff or volunteers with respect.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blocrent LLC, its owners, partners, employees, affiliates, and agents (including but not limited to Viraan Capital and other private investors) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of our services.
• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Any violation of applicable laws or regulations during your use of o
• ur service.
• Any harm or damage caused to the vehicle during your ride.

Blocrent makes every effort to ensure the safety and reliability of our autonomous vehicles. However, Blocrent LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our autonomous fleet, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or property damage related to the operation of the autonomous vehicle.
• Delays, service interruptions, or cancellations of rides.
• Errors or inaccuracies in location data or ride estimations.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Blocrent does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services.

All content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks associated with Blocrent, including the Blocrent logo, are the intellectual property of Blocrent LLC and its affiliates. No user or third party is granted any rights to use, modify, or distribute Blocrent's intellectual property without prior written consent.

By accessing Blocrent’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are not granted any rights to Blocrent's proprietary systems, algorithms, or technologies used in the autonomous vehicles.
• The design, branding, and operational structure of the Blocrent fleet, including any vehicle systems, remain the exclusive property of Blocrent LLC.

Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing you with Blocrent’s services. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Blocrent is owned and operated by Dipika Surapaneni, who holds 51% ownership in the company. Blocrent also has strategic partners and investors, including:

• Viraan Capital 
• Private Investors 

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge the ownership structure of Blocrent LLC and recognize the rights of these stakeholders.

Blocrent reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
