Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Tesla vehicles equipped with advanced Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
• Ensure each rider has a comfortable and pleasant experience, embodying our no-tipping, hassle-free ethos.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor, representing BlocRent’s commitment to service excellence.
• Assist passengers as needed, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in rideshare, professional driving, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to operate and understand Tesla vehicle technology (training will be provided).
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality service.
• Punctual, reliable, and proactive in solving any potential challenges.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

As an EV Rental Fleet Specialist, you will work closely with our leadership team to bring BlocRent's rideshare and rental services to new markets. This role is ideal for seasoned car rental business owners, former employees, or managers with expertise in the industry who want to be a part of an innovative EV company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with rental partners, dealerships, and suppliers to expand our EV fleet.
• Coordinate fleet acquisition, maintenance schedules, and rental logistics.
• Implement and refine processes to ensure a seamless and efficient rental experience for customers.
• Assist in training and supporting BlocPilots to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Lead market expansion efforts by identifying and developing new opportunities for BlocRent in different regions.
• Help manage operations, including inventory tracking, billing, customer service, and fleet management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the car rental industry, either as a business owner, manager, or in a senior operational role.
• Knowledge of fleet management, vehicle acquisition, and rental processes.
• Strong understanding of the EV market, Tesla vehicles, and FSD technology is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing teams, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving operational efficiency.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a startup mindset.
